東京の下町、墨田区の料亭街向島で小さな新築アパートで新しい旅のスタイルを模索しています。

小さな自分部屋に利用したり、長期旅行の宿泊ベース地にしたり。出張や受験のお宿としても。

国籍は問いませんが、外国語は堪能ではありません。

 

小さなアパートを旅館業法に適合させるために改装していますが、一般的なホテルや旅館とは、異なっており、フロントや共用スペースはありません。

多少ご不便をおかけするかもしれませんが、プライベートな空間は確保できます。

布団やソファーマットなど自由にレイアウトを変えてお過ごしください。

 

まず、旅の入口はBooking.comと楽天トラベルに登録しており、そこから予約が可能ですが、このホームページから直接お問い合わせをいただくこともできます。

 

宿泊は２泊からで、1部屋２名で1泊7000円です。シングルユースの場合、1泊5000円です。

別途清掃費として2000円をいただいております。

We are exploring a lifestyle of travelling while residing. 

 

We are trying to come up with a new style of trip from a small, newly-built apartment in Mukojima, in the area where many Ryotei (high class traditional Japanese style restaurant) are located in Sumida-ku, the Shitamachi (old downtown district) of Tokyo. 

The apartment can be used as a private room, accommodation base for a long term trip, place to stay during a business trip, or a place to study for an exam. All Nationalities are welcome, but we are not fluent in foreign languages.

We are renovating this small apartment to meet the requirements of the Hotel Business Law, but it will be different compared to standard hotel or Ryokan (Japanese style inn), as there won’t be any front desk area nor communal areas. 

It may cause some inconvenience, but private space can be secured.

Please rearrange the layout as you wish for items such as futon or sofa mat while you spend time in the room.

First, the entrance to the trip is registered at Booking.com and Rakuten Travel.  You can make a reservation from either of those websites, but you can also make an inquiry directly from this web page. 

Stay is from minimum of two nights, and the room rate for 2 people in 1 room is 7000 yen per night, and single use is 5000 yen per night. 

We also charge 2000 yen for housekeeping.
